Author Agreement and Approval Policy

Nothing is published without written approval

We do not publish any feature, interview content or layout until you have approved it in writing. Silence, a phone call or a verbal yes is not treated as approval.

You review the complete draft

We email you the finished draft, including the interview content and the companion layout preview. You review it in full before deciding whether to publish.

Your written agreement

If you decide to publish, you receive a written agreement. It lists exactly where your feature appears and confirms the flat $110 USA Wire publication fee. You are not charged unless you agree to it in writing.

If you decline

• Nothing is published.
• Nothing is charged.
• Project files are deleted.
• There is no follow-up unless you request it.

Removal on request

If your feature has been published and you would like it taken down, email hello@thechaptersociety.online. We remove it from our website and send a removal request to USA Wire on your behalf.

USA Wire is an independent third party with its own publication systems. We cannot control how or when it acts on a removal request, or copies of the page that other services may already have stored.
