Who we are
This policy covers The Chapter Society and the website at https://thechaptersociety.online. You can reach us at hello@thechaptersociety.online.
Information we handle
Author emails
When we contact you or you write to us, we keep the email correspondence so we can respond and continue the conversation you have started.
Book details
To invite you and prepare a preview, we use details about your book that you share with us or that are publicly available, such as the title, genre and a link to where it is sold.
Contact form
Our contact form collects your name, email address, an optional book title and your message. We use this to reply to you.
Preview requests
The free preview form collects your author name, email address, book title, a link to the book, its genre, your preferred format and your consent to be contacted. We use this to review your request and contact you about next steps. We do not ask for payment information in this form.
Your answers and recordings
If you take part, we use your answers to the editorial prompts, or your voice session, to prepare your feature draft.
